Horrific Service

<p>My story is just a follow up for whoever is going to help , because I'm still sitting at home with no work and waiting for Alexander Forbes to a pay a lump sum Pension Payout. Ear marked a month ago as urgent. I'm still waiting with nothing, literally. I think Alexander Forbes thinks it's a game to play with CLIENT's money. TRY calling their call centre TODAY. I phoned with other people's airtime and can't get through. I wish they could play my voice messages from previously speaking to the consultants. It's hilarious at beginning but this is serious now</p>
