Horrible Service & No payout
I would give them zero if there was an option! This has to be the worst service in history of call centres I have dealt with. I submitted my claim on the 12 of June 2025. I have also been to the offices physically in July. I have also called in with no real assistance. They keep giving me the same reason the call centre agents always refers to an administrator who never really knows what's going on with the claim. I am furious beyond! This is unacceptable. Please can my payout be paid!!!!
