Horrible service from Alexander Forbes

I resigned from my company in December 2024, I have still not received my provident fund. I have emailed Alexander forbes numerous time and received no reply. I called into Alexander Forbes and was told that my case is with the administrator and whomever i spoke to said i will receive an email regarding the process. This was 2 weeks ago and i did not receive anything. The lack of communication is absolutely disgusting as this is my provident fund that i worked hard and many years to build it up. We are at the end of April and I still have not received what is rightfully mine nor any communication on the process of a claim withdrawal. All i want is my provident fund to be paid out please this is not much to ask for.
