HORRIBLE service from Alexander Forbes
I sent a withdrawal form on the 6th of June and there has been no feedback since then. I have phoned and emailed them several times with no feedback.
When I phone, I am told they will get feedback from their back office and phone me back - which has not happened (over 4 times)
The email feedback is not given too.
I am beyond livid having to keep nudging AForbes
