Horrible service from Alex Forbes Provident Payout not received more than 9 Weeks

Its been over 9 weeks since I have been waiting for Alex Forbes to pay out my Provident Funds and they keep going back and forth and lie by saying your payout has been rejected due to bank details error,I submitted application for my Provident fund on 20th September then called in on 11 Nov to do follow up on my claim and Alex Forbes **** and say my Provident fund payout has been rejected on 6 Nov 24 due to bank details error and i must re submit my bank details.i send out email of bank details and ID same day to Alex Forbes on Mon 11 and they said it will take 24 hours for my claim to be processed again.I call in after a week on Mon 18 Nov and they say they did not receive my bak details so i must resend them again and when you call they keep saying they will escalate the issue further but up till now I haven't received my claim ,it's over 9 weeks yet they say provident payout takes 4-6weeks.worst service ever and I am thinking of telling all my colleagues to pull out their retirement funds and provident funds from Alex Forbes since they have a horrible service so they can loose alot of clients all at once
