Horrible service ever
I submitted my claim on the 10th of September till today I am still waiting for payment,I was asked to send My Id copy ,bank statement and marriage certificate which I did send however I am still waiting,I am so disappointed at the service it's very horrible the people I claimed with have received their payment I am now the only one who did not receive the payment the service is very bad they don't reply to email nor answer the phone .

I am so dissatisfied with the service.
I received a call from a lady who responds to the complaints and she confirmed that all my documents that we requested that I send were already uploaded on the system however on Monday I received an email asking me to send the documents again,the service is very poor.since I submitted the claim my claim is still on stage on instead it keeps on changing the days ,they keep on back dating the days on the tracker system my claim was done on September but no movement.
I am so dissatisfied with the service.
