HORRIBLE SERVICE DOES NOT EVEN BEGIN TO DESCRIBE IT

I don’t even write reviews online but I had to come on here to warn anyone about this unprofessional institution. My withdrawal claim has been ongoing for 8 months now and we’ve now been at payment stage for about three weeks. I check at least once a week to see how far they are and I’ve now learnt that the payment date has changed. I called to enquire about the change of this date and my asking questions irritated a certain Lesego who explicitly told me “we can’t question it, that’s how the system is.” I’m basically just here to warn anyone about AF - what ever you do, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! Plus their AF Connect is terrible, it’s just there because I guess all investment companies have online platforms but theirs serves no real purpose. You can’t view your documents, and when you call into their call centre you’re met by the likes of Lesego who’ll tell you that they can’t supply you with your own documents. Fun times.
