HORRIBLE SERVICE
I've never seen so many horrible reviews in a day for one company!!! As I add my review as well to get an automated response.
by now since the beginning of the month we would have all expected the process to be simpler. I went in to check the progress of my claim and nothing has happened, I called to Call Centre to find out what's happening to only hold 35 mins with no response!!! Airtime wasted, the company also has a " WhatsApp line" but it has been temporarily closed....
How are we supposed to get answers if all of your channels are impossible to get hold of or go through :( :(.
it really feels like we need to BEG & PLEA for our own money.... Please let us know what is going on?!?!?!?
