horrible service and communication. just wont pay out
As much as I do not want to, I've been makin the same claim against my ex husbands provident fund for 2 years now. ALEX FORBES will just not assist, between BHEKI, LINDIWE AND A MELLISSA I've been told to call HOLD AND SEND MORE STUPID EMAILS AND, i get different answers every time. When are you guys going to stop lying and send the forms, make the payout and ill get out of your hairs. I've been requesting callbacks for the last 2 months and not even one person with two brain cells bothers to call me. IM CLAIMING AGAINST MEMBERSHIP M***7, MEMBER ID *** IS IT GOING TO TAKE YOU TEN YEARS FOR YOU TO FINALLY PAY OUT OR DO RIGHT BY ME?
