Horrible Service
Very poor and disappointing service, not helpful and unable to answer any questions I have regarding my withdrawal. Still waiting for assistance and not getting any. Useless call center, you hold on for 25 minutes only to be told what you have done and already know or 'we are still waiting for feedback'. Emailed Admin at least twice and never got a response. Extremely disappointing. only rating them 1 because there is no option for 0
