Horrible Service

Every time I call I get a different reason or excuse why my withdrawal has not been paid out, even calling twice in one day got me two different status updates. You have to fight every day and still the matter is not finalized. It cost me R50 a day to make the phone call to them, because they put you on hold for so long, and I still can not get the answers that I need. They tell you 3-5 working days and if you call them on working day number 5 they still don't have an answer for you and once again tell you that they will send a request to admin. The excuses they use is the same excuses they used with other members thus just a stalling trick. What must a person do to get your own money out???
