Horrible service
Bad service from Alex forbes of been taking from pillar to post. One of the tracers called to make me aware that i am a beneficiary to my brothers benefit and was emailed a document to fill out and attach my personal documents. The claim was done in October and again in november i don't know what pathetic process that is to submit claims of the same nature over and over again. Alex forbes are a big **** and do not care at all about customer service...

27 Feb 2024, 14:45I got a reply back from Amogelang but i still not satisfied, how can you ask for a document that is impossible to get. A birth certificate of a deceased person then what is the purpose of a death certificate if you cannot assist with the documents sent to you as advised by your tracers Edwin who said we must do affidavits. Alexander Forbes doesn't help people. Its still pillar to post.
