Horrible experience from the company

Poor experience from these guys. All these years their app was working. All of a sudden the app is not working and it redirects you to the web where you have to log in. When you do that it keeps telling you that the username and password is incorrect. I have changed my pass over 20 times with no luck. I have emails their support team and I got a reply that everything is working on their end. What about my end as a client. That time they are holding my money that I work for everyday. This is pure nonsense
