Horrible customer service/delayed payout

So frustrated with Alexander Forbes have been awaitinf my claim payout and have been shunted from pillar to post. Over three times now was told my payout was rejected and i must resend bank details confirmation and my id documents which i have done only to be told that it was because the bank left off a hyphen in my two part surname. I went to the bank and had that resolved and now i am stil sitting here without pay over two months since i started this process of claims. Horrible customer service not helpful at all. I would like a resolution of this horrible nightmare.
