HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! AHHHHHHHH

I app**** for a claim to withdraw my pension after i left my company, and they sent me a message saying they will pay out the claim in 6 weeks. I called as it has now been a month and now they say the last contribution has not been made and I said why didnt you tell me or advise me on this. They had no explanation why they didnt tell me as now i need the money urgently!!! Now I have to wait another 6 weeks because of their negligance!!!!!

How can you do that!!
