Horrible customer service

Have send countless emails and have not received a reply for over 8 weeks now.

All i want is to get an answer when can i expect my payment?

I received a SMS to say it wil be processed in 4 weeks but have not received anything.

I'll never use Alexander forbers again, the service you receive after they gladly collect fees all these years is horribe.

All i ask for is an update
