Horrible customer service!!!!
I am honestly confused as in to to what exactly is going on at this point, why is it that should there be an issue with a claim there is no proper communication channels followed to see that your clients are contacted and that information is corrected.
I stopped working in, my last contribution was in June from my previous company. Tell me why is it that they are telling me to wait another 4 to 6 weeks, I am sure my credit score will be very bad by then but I get it is a me problem.🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️

A person cannot be working with people and lack the sense of urgency to attend to customer queries, it is very disappointing. One has to go on their way to find answer, why is there no proper communication channels and prompt feedback to clients.

What is honestly happening in this company, would like to know. A person cannot be working with people and lack the sense of urgency to attend to customer queries, it is very disappointing. What a disaster, now I have a bad credit record and my debt keep piling up. By the time I get this money, it will all go towards paying debts, I am actually going to come to your head office myself. I AM TIRED!!!!!!!

Help people and give them proper feedback on their queries, you need to start valuing your clients and be very intentional with assisting them. You guys are honestly contributing to people’s anxiety and depression, people have debts and also looking for jobs at the same time they don’t need this to be added on top of their problems. Do Better and those 4000 bad reviews may change for the better.
