Horrible customer care

This my second HP complaint against AF. No one has called me. When you try to call AF, you hold for over 45 min for an agent answer your call and drop it when you ask to speak to a Manager.

Tell one your employees, his name is Xolile that his customer service is terrible!

I need a manager to call me now!!!!
