Horrible and Unprofessional Services.
Whoever is in charge of running this ****a shop should do better. I’m following up on my later fathers retail retirement and they sending me from pillar to post, call centre agents not knowing their own processes. Imagine having to explain to their employees what the difference between a letter of authority and letter of executorship is. You guys should do better or just close your doors as you serving no purpose.
