Horrible Alexforbes revices

I put in a claim on the 1st of May 2026 and only to be told today my tax directive is declining. I phoned SARS who could not see a directive on my profile. I then phoned Alex forbes to understand their issue and was told my income tax number was changed in APril 2026 by SARS and I am saying how does SARS change income tax number its like ID it doesnt change. Please I need my money paid out today as it has caused a lot of delays on my emergency. I have emailed my SARS notice of registration to these email addresses. *** and the twoport email address with my SARS notice registration
