High call volume for 4 working days

My wife has been trying to phone alexander forbes for the past 4 working days regarding her pension.<br> She keeps getting a msg saying we are experiencing a high call volume. How is that possible for 4 working days no matter what time of day she phones. I even sent them an email asking to contact her. Now I guess we will have to see how high the volume of emails are and if they reply.
