Hello Peter , my Mediator:-!????

After I have written a complaint on hello Peter about the company not eagered to assist m, I'm happy about the response I got afterwards, they were follow ups from the company, and they even apologised, will I want to be associated with Alexander Forbes again? Definitely because they were loyal to their faults, all thanks to hello Peter the process went faster than expected.
