Have any broker, just not Alexander Forbes :(

<p>I left my previous employer end of December. I have been dealing with Alexander Forbes. There was a discrepancy and I resent documentation which my previous employer already requested.</p> <p>I have phoned in a dozen times and sent numerous emails. But alas two months later nothing has happened.</p> <p>Some of the agents are friendly but they cannot give me any answers or payout dates.</p> <p>I am gobsmacked how my money is used to contribute to this business so they will gain interest and I will get another "Ag shame mam, we'll get back to you. We have SLA's you know" ****** the SLA's and bad service and give me an answer. I am not asking for anything unreasonable in fact my money which was being paid to you monthly is keeping you in business and paying salaries.</p> <p>How about just giving the customers straight up answers instead of "I'll get back to you and "Ag Shames" The only ag shame here is this very shoddy service.</p>
