I made a claim on March and when was the time to make payment, I have to write a review here on hellopeter, they process the claim however the administration didn't process whole amount as I requested. On Friday I called them and the lady said she gonna escalate the matter to administrator and today the administrator instead of solving the issue that I have they re-send me proof of payment and tax certificate.

I would like who so ever was dealing with my claim get discipline because now is affecting many people and cost the company with bad name
