Gross incompetence at Alexander Forbes

I have been trying for three weeks to sort out a living annuity death claim at Alex Forbes. They tell me it takes 12 months and I found out the money is immediately available Four times I have been sent the incorrect forms and each administrator has a different story. This is gross incompetence .
