<p>I would like to thank Tebogo Mpete for his great customer service , I been calling your call centre for the past 4 weeks and I was send from pillar to post , Tebogo was very helpful and he followed up with me and called me back as promised and also provided me with helpful advises with regarding to taking down the name of any person and time when calling in , in order for me to follow up ... I guess that was not necessary because Tebogo had been following up with me and calling back as promised , his a great investment to your business , people like him are hard to find more especially in a claim departments , he gave me so much hope because I was about to involve my Lawyers <br />He gave me your email last week as an assurance that if my money doesn’t reflect this week I should email you and complain.
