Great Service

<p>I had issues with my claim and kept on calling the call centre with no help and direction on the status of my claim. I was very frustrated and angry. Untill i got through to Kusha Naidoo. I explained to him how i am not winning with the call centre, he could hear my frustation and he took my complaint seriously. He listened, and assured me that he make sure that my issue is sorted. He called me daily and updated me on the process of the claim. The claim was paid quicker than i though. All thanks to Kusha. Well done Kusha Naidoo keep up the great work. I will all the staff were as good as you with customer services. As much as i was angry and frustrated he gave me hope.</p>
