Great customer service

I'd like to give Alexander Forbes a thumbs up for the job well done. I resigned from my previous employer, my last working day was the 8th January 2016 and I opted to withdraw cash from my funds. I called Alexander Forbes a week after the 8th and I was informed my claim will be processed after my last contribution which was the 31st January 2016, allocation is done between 7th to 20th of every month and I thought oooh that means I'll get this money first week of March. On Monday which was the 8th Feb I called to find out if the allocation has been done, I was told they've done it and they've already app**** for tax directive it came back on the 5th Feb therefore I should be receiving my funds between 7 to 14 days from now (we looking at the 22nd Feb). To my surprise yesterday which was the 10th Feb the money was already on my account....my goodness what a great customer experience. Well done guys for performing beyond expectations.
