Great but not so great!
Last email I got regarding my claim was on the 10th of May saying payment will reflect within 5-10 working days - now today is the 9th working day and seems like your people have not even authorised the payment. I have financial obligations to honour, I have medication that I need - can you please ensure that the funds are paid tomorrow latest COE.
