After my previous reviews, i called alexander forbes and asked for a manager because the lady that was helping us was no help at all ironically enought.. she did not even respond to emails.

So she transfered me to her manager Ricky , he was so helpful , he got my payment sorted out within a week and always kept me updated on what was happening.

He turned this whole situation around for me. Best service that i have received within this whole year of struggling with getting the money paid out.
