I was having a bad experience with Alexander Forbes in terms of getting information regarding my investment. The manager of the department Owen, gave me a call to find out what i needed and was quite good at de-escalating my mood from being really frustrated to content and turning this rating from 1 to 3. I haven't received the information yet but i trust that he will provide what i have requested.
