Going slowly nowhere

Your service is an absolute disgrace. How is it possible that we are struggling to get feedback on a problem since February? Every time you promise to sort out our problem and every time nothing is done. I am at my wit's end. All you have to do is change a reference number on a SARS tax directive. It is not even rocket science. This surely can't take six months? Thank you very much.
