<p>For 11 days now I have been trying to get hold of proof of my pension income from Alexander Forbes. Their pensioner queries department sends automated responses and of the various different persons attending to my queries, I have not had a letter confirming my income yet. The administrator in charge, Moira Senekal, had my request for a week, unattended to before she went on leave, which added another week.</p> <p>I am not asking for the impossible, only for a simple letter.</p> <p> </p>
