given the run-around on my pension payout

I resigned from my company. The company pension fund is with Alexander Forbes. I contacted AF to obtain a benefit statement to forward to the new pension fund. Well AF is just giving me the run-around. There is nobody able to assist. I have made at least 5 phone calls, a number of emails, and even asked my HR dept to contact them, but no joy. One call centre agent explained that they do not issue benefit statements. Another advised that my HR contact them. When HR did contact them, AF rep**** via email that they don't issue benefit statements. Another agent advised that the online system has all the answers. So I registered online, and guess what? There is absolutely ****all info available.

I will never invest with these guys. Good luck to all of you who have a policy with them.
