Getting sick of this Service

Once Again laying a complain not getting anywhere if i have to count on my fingers with how many people i have emailed with my two hands wont be enough.I got an email on the 2nd of April did not receive any verification nothing see email and this is the story everytime i leave a review or complaint.The Admin email i get back an email within 48hours they will respond which they never do.
