Getting no where qeuries
<p>I have been with my preqvious employer for 10 years. When I resigned I reqeusted the balance of my fund. They confirmed in writing that my funds stand at R320 000. They paid out R122 000. When I qeuried this they said that according to them I was with the fund from 2012. I am sent back and forth with this, and when I try to contact them and want to speak to the person who's name is on the emails, i am told that they are not allowed to put calls through. i have forwarded my complaint with all the relevant info on 02 Nov 2016 and still have no answers.</p>

Good day, I received feedback, since 2 Nov 2016 when the qeury was logged until now. Thank you! But I tried to reach Sultaana Shaik without success. I need confirmation - what is the date which reflects on your side that I joined the fund? You said that the member number on my Benefit satement belong to some one else, how can that be?
