Funeral claim
I called for 5 days to submit a funeral claim , I was sent from pillar to post with no help. I was told there's one consultant dealing with Funeral claims. I'm so disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism of this company. I've been paying for this policy for years but the one time I need assistance I didn't get it!
