Funds Withdrawal messed up!

I submitted a claim to withdraw my funds on the 13th of June. All documents was submitted by my employer and go confirmation of the claim via email. I tried to follow up a week ago via email. Got a request to submit my ID number and a week later no correspondence back. I called today and got told that the TAX directive from SARS was declined due to a missing "POSTAL CODE"!!!! on the 13th of July!!! All the information was in the claim form so it is extremely frustrating that firstly the information you supp**** SARS was incorrect and secondly almost a month has gone by since then and no one contacted me or advised me of this. I had to email AForbes and still nothing. What now?????
