FUNDS STILL NOT PAID AFTER 3 MONTHS!!!!

I have to be honest, I'm utterly disgusted by the level of service I got from Alexander Forbes and I'll make sure I expose this company to what it is. A not so helpful NOMATHEMBA made me hold on the line for over 30min for nothing after I had already waiting over 15min to be assisted. What's so difficult about paying my funds into my account? It's been over 3 months and I'm still being told stories or made to hold on the line to listen to the stupid music playing. I will take this further coz it seems like the only language Alexander Forbes will understand.
