Funds not fully paid

it seems the only time I get a response is if I write a complaint on this platform. I had requested assistance with my Provident fund which only a quarter of the money was paid. I do not understand why the funds were not fully paid. Now I'm still waiting for the rest to be paid into my account and I do not know what is the delay. I still send emails to no avail, everytime I call the staff is either in training or go through the AI bot which is not helpful. c'mon guys, what must happen for one to receive their own money.
