Fund Withdrawal
I would advise everyone to never open any sort of policy or investment with this group. Logged a withdrawal in July 2022, to date I have not received anything. Just expect to wait for a minimum of 20min before your call to be taken .
Followed up on a daily bases and get a different story ever time .
AVOID ALEXANDER FORBES AND SPREAD THE WORD OF THEIR POOR SERVICE

21 Oct 2022, 12:20Spoke to Danisile Mglipo today , still no joy or commination from Alexander Forbes. 16 phone calls ( 20 min wait to get a through to an agent every time ) later and 16 different stories why my funds have not been paid out . DO NOT DEAL WITH ALEXANDER FORBES IN ANYWAY !!!!

Dear Mr Van Rensburg We sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. We take note of the delay in processing your claim, we apologise for the inconvenience caused. There were 2 pending queries, one to the broker and one with your previous employer. We were at the end of the process app**** for tax and was ready to pay but was notified that there were additional contributions that needed to be allocated. We have subsequently sorted out the contribution query and had to request for your funds to be taken out of the market again. We are fast tracking your claim and as soon as your funds are taken out of the market successfully we will apply for a tax directive again with SARS. I will provide you with a progress update again on Wednesday to confirm we on track.
