Fund claim
Good day, I app**** for my 2 pot withdraw on the 3 Septembwr 2024 on the 16 September 2024 i receive the following email.
Dear Alvyn Saayman
"Reference number for your savings pot ***
Your bank won't allow your savings pot claim to be paid to your account"
Please phone us so that we can help you sort this out with your bank.
I even send them my proof of bank and the latest 3 months bank statment on the same day. So on the 19 September 2024 i logg a complian on the Alexforbes website with the following REF:CCCF-9184. Still noby made contacted me so i would just like to know if my money will be paid out. I do understand im still in the 20 working days period but atleast give feedback.
