Frustration with Pension Fund’s Lack of Progress and Generic Responses

I've been trying to resolve my pension fund claim for 15 days now, but the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, the responses I’ve received are vague and generic, offering no real insight into the progress of my claim. I understand that the standard turnaround time is supposed to be 20 days, but this should apply equally to everyone. Instead, it feels like the focus is more on dismissing concerns and complaints quickly rather than investigating the actual issue. As of today, my claim is still stuck in the registration phase with no advancement. I’ve called twice to ensure no documents were missing, and both representatives, Anita and Shirley, confirmed that everything was in order. Yet, despite all this, I am still left waiting for answers. While I will wait out the 20-day period they repeatedly mention, I have little confidence that my claim will move forward by then. It's disappointing to see a lack of empathy and proactive effort to resolve the situation.

Reviewer Update
Today marks 20 working days since my two-pot claim submission, and I am yet to receive the payment or any meaningful feedback from Alexander Forbes regarding the status. This delay, coupled with the lack of communication, is causing me significant concern.
Given that the promised 20-day window has passed, I would like to know when my payment will be made. Repeating the 20-day timeline is no longer acceptable, as it has been exceeded.
The poor communication is particularly worrying, as it raises concerns about future claims when I eventually retire—or worse, in the event of my passing, when my family may need to claim. Please provide an urgent update on the progress of my payout.
I look forward to your prompt response.
