Frustration and disgusting work ethic
Investing my mone and still battling to get my claim paid out is highly frustrating. Everyday calling, everyday their story is different, emails seems in vain also. Everything is finalised but they not budging, it would seem i am dealing with a company that takes care of it's employees not the customer. They give you every excuse other than they must do the job. The most horrible service ever!
