Frustrating service and depressing one

It's difficult and no one answer's when I complain. My claim has gone back to registration as it was on payment.

Its past 20 days and I can't receive my money. I bank with Nedbank and now I'm feeling depressed, what's worse it's no one cares to give us direct answers. I need my money infact iwant it.

Pls don't trust this financial service provider it does not care.
