Frustrated

I am writing to express my frustration with the conflicting information I have received regarding my claim. Yesterday, I was informed that my claim is in the final step of disinvestment, but today Ndumiso Kubeka told me it is still in the process waiting for disinvestment. This inconsistency is causing me a lot of stress, and I need a clear and definitive update on the status of my claim as soon as possible.
