Frustrated customer
My provident fund Withdrawal claim was submitted on the 30th of December 2025 and to date no one can tell me how far my claim is even after countless calls made to the contact centre. This is frustrating because I spend my own airtime to follow up with them however they never give satisfactory responses.
Can I please get help with finding out when I will get my money because it's long overdue.

05 Feb 2026, 11:52Yes someone did call me and promised to give me feedback and also to send their details via email which I still haven't received and no feedback receive still. This is infuriating as no one seems to care about our livelihoods.
The lack of response and empty promises being made is really disheartening.
Still waiting for feedback regarding my payout, bills have to paid and we have kids and debts to maintain.
