Frustrated and unemployed all because of Alexander Forbes

I submitted my withdrawal claim form for a provident fund payout last year October. In December I was paid just a small portion of my claim. I’ve been sending emails , numerous telephone calls, even escalated to their complaint department, and yet nothing has been done. No internal investigation has been done . I keep on getting the same message” Good day Nompumelelo, Hope all is well Please be advised we are unable to process the claim while awaiting the amendment from the FCSA , we need the approval before we can proceed and the approval has not been received as yet” I’ve been getting this message since December last year. I’m very disappointed and frustrated. Alexander Forbes service sucks big time and they don’t care about their clients . I’m an unemployed single mother but I have to beg for my money for more than 5 months.
