Frustrated and Disappointed

I received the message to say that my claim has been paid up but i didn't receive anything, been sending emails but no response, i tried calling their claims call Centre but no answer this is really disappointing after 5 weeks

AM VERY ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED BY ALEXANDER FORBES I SENT ALL MY COMPLETED APPLICATION AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS FOR MY CLAIM ON THE 14TH OF JUNE, SEND THEM SEVERAL EMAILS WITH NO RESPONSE REGARDING MY CLAIMS, TRIED TO CALL THEM SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE, WHEN IT WAS TIME TO PAY, THEY PAID ON THE WRONG ACCOUNT WHO GAVE THEM AUTHORIZATION TO DO SO BECAUSE IT HAD STATED ON THE APPLICATION FORM WHERE THE MONEY SHOULD BE PAID TO, AM SO IRRITATED BY THESE PEOPLE THEY SAID THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME REGARDING THE QUERY THEY NEVER DID. I WILL GO TO THE MEDIA ABOUT THEIR NEGLIGENCE WHEN IT COMES TO PEOPLE'S MONEY I WANT MY MONEY
