Fradulent / unknown account opened in my name

I just called Alexander Forbes regarding a ********** account that has seemingly been opened in my name with them and no one can explain to me who opened the account and why. The account opened has my details and even but the staff says they can't see it. I am unhappy with Alexander Forbes as this affects my credit score.
